Here is my take on the challenge............
Paper: DCWV, Colormates and Wild Rose Studio
Guipere lace coloured with Tattered Angels Glimmer mist
Tag, Pins and safety pin: MM
Embossing done with a Cuttlebug and lightly inked with Colorbox liquid chalk to make the swirls stand out
